The fourth online web meeting of all school partners was held on Friday 04 September 2006, via Zoom platform. The meeting was organised by the Portuguese partner school and was devoted to the preparation and coordination of the upcoming mobility in Portugal (21-25 September 2026).
The main themes of the meeting were the following one:
- Presentation of the detailed programme of the upcoming educational mobility in Torres Vedras
- Estimated budget for local expenses (sightseeing, cultural activities, food)
- Collecting participants information on the shared Google Drive sheet, as well as parental consent forms for the students
- Agreeing upon last mobility's dates in Poland and discussing accommodation proposals
- Monitoring the progress of the project and ensuring that all partners’ tasks and project documentation are kept up to date
- Discussion about the Interactive Manual and Project materials to be shared
- Including additional time in Portugal mobility programme for a meeting regarding the Interactive Manual
